 About me

I was born in 1996 in Kingston, Jamaica, where I am currently based.

My discovery of (and eventual love for) still photography can best be described as a "happy accident".

When I was 19 years old, I started toying with a small, mirrorless camera my mother had at the time, not knowing I would pursue a career in photography. In 2016, I received a certificate in the Rudiments of Still Photography from the Media Technology Institute. I have since studied at the Caribbean School of Media and Communication (CARIMAC), where I received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Digital Media Production in 2019.

Wanting to learn a new skill; one that would complement my majority-visual experience, I decided to venture into Copywriting in 2022. My ability to ask my clients the right questions to extract sterile facts and turn them into compelling narratives has satisfied my clients consistently. For me, using my expertise to provide effective communication solutions is the hallmark of a job well done.

I have done photography work for LiveStush (the marketing arm of lifestyle brand STUSH), Euromoney Conferences, Phase 3 ProductionsHampden Estate, and online and print-based publication TeenVybe Magazine. I have shot and written for the National Commercial Bank (NCB), and the Jamaica Public Service Company (JPS Co.)

I previously lectured at the Edna Manley College of the Visual and Performing Arts.

I am grateful to be doing what I love, with the stunning backdrop that is the island of Jamaica to do it. I hope you have enjoyed my portfolio!
